• Attend sessions at agreed times or notify us in advance if unable to attend
• Treat other participants and facilitators with respect

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the trenvix.blog website and in program materials — including text, graphics, layouts, course frameworks, journals, and other documents — is the intellectual property of trenvix.blog or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

6. Payment

Program fees are as stated at the time of enquiry and confirmed in writing upon enrolment. Payment is required before the first session unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer. Payment details are provided on confirmation of enrolment.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first scheduled session: full refund
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before the first session: 50% refund
• Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the first session: no refund
• Session rescheduling requests are accommodated where possible, subject to availability
• If trenvix.blog cancels a session, you will be offered a reschedule or a proportional refund

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. Fees for sessions already delivered are non-refundable.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our programs and website content are provided on an "as is" basis. trenvix.blog makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content. Educational outcomes vary between participants and depend on individual engagement, effort, and circumstances.

trenvix.blog does not warrant that participation in any program will result in any particular financial outcome. We do not use language suggesting specific financial results, and participants should not interpret educational content as a prediction or recommendation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, trenvix.blog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant program.

11. Confidentiality

Personal and financial information shared by participants during sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to other participants or third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Termination

trenvix.blog reserves the right to remove a participant from a program without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms. We also reserve the right to discontinue the website or any program at any time with reasonable notice.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

14. General

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and trenvix.blog in relation to their subject matter
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect
• Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of that right
• We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance
